Standard Support Plans
Premium Support Plan - $7,200 per year
The Premium Support Plan includes automatic upgrade whenever a major or minor version is released. It also includes up to 3 hours per month of technical support time from our support engineers.
Basic Support Plan - $4,800 per year
The Basic Support Plan includes automatic upgrade whenever a major or minor version is released. It also includes up to 1 hour per month of technical support time from our support engineers.
Ad Hoc Upgrade Plan - $1,800 per upgrade
The Ad Hoc Upgrade Plan is for a single version upgrade.
Hourly Support Rate
Our by the hour rate major and minor upgrades is $175.
